Spicy. 12-inch flour tortilla filled with sesame crusted seared ahi tuna, cabbage, onion, cilantro, guacamole, and queso fresco. We roll it up, grill it for a minute, then cut it into "sushi-like" pieces and top it with teriyaki glaze & wasabi crema.
