Mozzarella cheese, our marinara sauce and you guessed it - Pepperoni! Lots of it.
Our marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage crumbles and of course, bacon.
Marinara sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and then cooked to perfection in our pizza oven and then topped with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
Pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, diced tomatoes and fresh diced jalapeños with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Seasonal cheeses, dried meats, dried apricots, cranberries, fresh fruits, mixed nuts, crackers, chocolate covered espresso beans, olives.
Fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, basil pesto and balsamic glaze on a toasted crostini. Three per serving.
Three hot, gooey chocolate cookies.

CHEWZI comes from a family that has spent four generations in hospitality — upscale hotel management and an executive role at Holiday Inn, thirty-five years in hotel operations and corporate Food & Beverage with Sheraton, and fifteen years as an executive chef. The fourth generation brought the technology.
