See the board your office would post to
Your office types a notice and presses Post. Residents open it on their phone, with no login.

Also on the page: the local guide to restaurants and things to do, so that question stops coming to your office too.

What it takes from your office
- Tell us your community's name and town. That's it. We build the page.
- Look at your preview, the next day. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
- Hand out one link or QR code: in your welcome email, newsletter, front desk or notices page. We give you a printable poster and welcome cards with the code on them.
- Post a notice when you need to. Or never. The rest runs without you.
Questions managers ask us
We already have TownSq (or our own website).
Keep it. This doesn't replace your owners' website or app, and it doesn't hold association records. It's the easy page for residents who never log in to that one. Link to it from your notices page.
Who keeps it up to date?
We do. Restaurant information comes from each restaurant's own website and is re-checked on a schedule. Your office only posts notices when it wants to.
Do residents have to sign up?
No. We don't collect residents' names, emails or phone numbers. They just open the link.
What if something on it is wrong?
Email us and we fix it. Every restaurant listing says where the information came from.
What do I tell my board?
Show them the preview with your community's name on it. Nothing goes live until you say yes, residents never sign up or log in, and the office posts a notice only when it wants to. The 90-day test has no contract.
How do we know it is working?
Your office page has a report: how many times the board was opened, on how many phones, how many came from the QR code, and taps on the answers and the storm page. Print it for your board meeting on day 90.
Do old notices come down by themselves?
Yes. Every notice has a "show until" date (30 days unless you pick another), and it leaves the board that day.
Is there something short I can send my board or owner?
Yes: a one-page summary of what they are approving. Forward the link or print it.
What does it cost?
90 days to try it with your residents. After that, from $39 a month.
Billed yearly, two months free if paid up front. No setup fee. No contract: if it isn't working for you, one email ends it.
Already have a free period from us in writing? That offer stands, exactly as written.
Storm information stays free for everyone, always.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. You try it for 90 days. If your residents use it, you keep it at the price above. If they don't, you walk away and it costs you nothing.
