CHEWZI

Post a notice once. Residents open it on their phone.

Your community's name across the top. Notices your office posts once, a storm page with the official links before a hurricane, and one page for the answers residents call about: pool hours, trash day, guest parking, who to call. No login and nothing to download for residents.

Fewer calls to the office, and no more "nobody told us" after a notice went out.

Three quick answers, about 30 seconds. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

What you get asked, answered on their phone

"I never saw that notice."Post it once on your community board. Residents open it on their phone, and you can record it in your own voice so they can hear it too.
"When is trash day? What are the pool hours? Where do guests park?"One Resident Answers page with your community's own answers. Change it any time.
"A hurricane is coming. What do we do?"Your storm page puts the official county, evacuation and weather links in one place, under your community's name.
"Anything new nearby?"Also on the page: local restaurants with their menus and posted hours.

What it takes from your office

  1. Tell us your name and town. We build the page.
  2. Look at your preview. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
  3. Hand out one link or QR code. We give you a printable poster and cards with the code on them.
  4. Post a notice when you need to. Or never. The rest runs without you.
See yours

Questions managers ask us

We already have TownSq (or our own website).

Keep it. This doesn't replace your association's website or portal and holds no association records. It's the easy page for residents who never log in to that one.

Does the board have to approve anything?

There's a one-page summary of what they would be approving, to forward or print for the meeting. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

Do residents have to sign up?

No. We don't collect residents' names, emails or phone numbers.

What does it cost?

90 days to try it with your residents. After that, from $39 a month, and only if you want to keep it. No contract.
