CHEWZI was built by people who know hospitality from the inside. Four generations of it — from upscale hotel management and an executive role at Holiday Inn, through thirty-five years in hotel operations and corporate Food & Beverage with Sheraton, to fifteen years as an executive chef. The fourth generation brought the technology.

That taught us the thing that matters here: the menu is the heart of the restaurant. And today a good menu gets lost between a thousand listings, reviews and search results.

What we do with it

We publish your full menu — every dish, every price, every description you publish — and we make it searchable by dish.

Instead of “where should I eat?”, a diner gets to “what looks good to me?” That is the question that ends with somebody at your table.

What it costs

Nothing. Your full menu is listed free whether you ever advertise with us or not. We take no commission, no percentage of any order, and there is nothing to sign.

There is no test to pass either. Owner-run, part of a group, or a national chain — it makes no difference to us.

New: today's specials, in your words and your voice

Part of the paid listing. You do it all from your phone, from one private link. No app to install and no password.

Today's chalkboard. Snap your specials board and it is on your CHEWZI page within a minute, in big, easy-to-read letters, with your picture of the board. It comes down by itself at midnight.
Your specials, out loud. Read them the way your servers do at the table. Diners tap “Hear today’s specials” and hear you. On most phones the words are typed out for you to check.
A hello in your own voice. Record it once, under a minute: who you are and what to try. It stays on your page until you change it, even on days with no specials.

A free allergen sheet for your kitchen

Diners with food allergies look online before they choose where to eat. Answer four questions about your kitchen and print a sheet with your restaurant's name on it, for your counter, your servers and your website.

It is free, it takes a few minutes, and every word on it is yours.

How loud it is, whether you can seat a large group, where the golf cart goes, and getting in the door. Diners ask before they choose. Tell us in your own words and we add it to your listing, marked as coming from you.

What we will not do

We will not invent anything about your restaurant. Not an hour, not a price, not a dietary claim. If you do not publish it, we say so.
Paid spots are always marked Sponsored. Guests can always tell an ad from a listing.
We will not quote you a number we cannot show you. We cannot yet measure how many people look at your page or tap to call you, so we are not going to tell you. When we can measure it and show it to you, you will hear it from us first.
