What it is
One web page with your community'sproperty's name across the top, that residentsguests open on their phone. No app to download, no sign-up, no login.

What the office does
- Tells us the name and town, then looks at a preview the next business day. Nothing goes live until the office says yes.
- Hands out one link or QR code. We give the office a printable poster and welcome cards.
- Posts a notice when it wants to, from a computer or phone. Old notices come down on their own date.
Safeguards
- Only the office can post. Signing in takes the office key plus a 6-digit code from the office phone.
- The board will not take a post with a web address, rent or payment wording, wording about who may live here, or a gate code or unit number.
- ResidentsGuests never sign up. We don't collect their names, emails or phone numbers.
- It does not replace your owners' website or app, and it holds no association records.
How you will know it works
The office page has a report you can print for your meeting: how many times the board was opened, on how many phones, how many came from the QR code, and taps on the answers and the storm page. They are counts of taps on phones, not of people.
What it costs
90 days to try it. After that, from $39 a month, billed yearly, with two months free if paid up front. No setup fee.
